Plan A - Ad-Hoc Services
$100 per hour
All tasks done we
accumulate and bill monthly on total hours support via email with
detailed timesheet.
All tasks are as per actual time taken, ie:
15mins.
Except on-site min 1hr with 15mins transport surcharge.

Plan B -
Maintenance Services
$80 per hour
(Pre-Paid hrs x S$80 per
hour , minimum is 10 hours )
This is pre-paid plan, client to
purchase required hours, minimum is 10 hours, valid for 1 year.
Balance service hours at expiry, bring forward to next calendar year
with minimum top-up of 10 hours.
All tasks are as per actual time
taken, ie: 15mins.
Top-up required if balance falls below 2 hrs.
Except on-site min 1hr with 15mins transport surcharge.
Detailed
timesheet available via email for all tasks completed.
